As of today, over $55,000.00 has been donated.
Our communities are so
caring and so generous. We are pleased to report that our
combined subsidiaries in Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska disaster
relief totals $55,000.00 and growing. The challenge now is even
greater because of a second hurricane. So, the relief accounts
will remain open. We are in touch with the American Red Cross
weekly, and will keep in touch with you.

groundbreaking ceremony of Mountain Valley Bank-Hayden.
Completion date for the construction of a new bank building at
101 North 6th Street in Hayden, CO is estimated to be December
1, 2004. Until then the Mountain Valley Bank of Hayden is
scheduled to open in a temporary facility on August 9, 2004 in
the Hayden Mercantile Grocery Store.

operating with a local Colorado based board and management

North Park State Bank announced that they have
applied to significantly expand the markets which they serve.
Branch applications have been submitted for locations in
Steamboat Springs, Hayden and Meeker, Colorado. Included
in this expansion process will be a new name. After the
closing, the new organization will be known as Mountain Valley
Bank. It will operate with a local Colorado based board
and management provided by Terry N. Jost in the Walden, Hayden
and Steamboat Springs areas, and Bruce Clatterbaugh in the
Terry N. Jost has been
banking for over 25 years. Most of that time has been
spent as owner and president of a community bank in the
mid-west. His most recent experience has been as a branch
manager and commercial / agricultural and real estate lender in
the Hayden community.
Clatterbaugh has 30 years of banking expereience with 19
of those serving the Meeker community as the Meeker President
and senior lender in commercial / agricultural and real estate
